What is Sketchbook Club ?
Sketchbook Club is our regular online mixed media Art Class, inspired by Nature & the seasons. It is a fantastic way to learn about nature, through creativity will help you to slow down and tune in to the world around you, whilst building your skills/ confidence working with a range of media.
What included?
Join our community of nature-loving creative learners now for access to:
6 x 45 minute pre-recorded tutorials per season* with high quality downloadable resources. Lessons are pre-recorded and you can follow along with Ellie’s tutorials in ‘real time’
Optional access to ongoing feedback in a private tutor-led facebook group with like-minded members if you choose our ‘Community’ sign up option. Choose ‘Lite’ for tutorial access only.
Free seasonal subscription box if you subscribe with us at the start of the season.

Summer Season Theme : Insectarium
Join us this summer in a small but mighty creative celebration of the bugs, slugs and winged ones that create balance and harmony in our ecosystem. We’ll create a small nature journal this season and we’ll pack it with sketches, paintings and bug-lore as we learn more about our little friends! We recommend the Octopus Sketchbook for the summer season of Sketchbook Club. Sign up is per household and this season is suitable for the whole family!
Ellie will record step by tutorials through the season in response to the theme. These tutorials are uploaded to an online learning portal on the website that is password protected and each tutorial comes with free downloadable resources. You’ll be sent access info for the portal when you sign up. The first lesson goes live on Tuesday 7th May 2024. For a basic kit list check out our FAQ’s.

For those of you who would simply like access to the current season project, pre-recorded tutorials and resources, without joining a group and without regular feedback, we recommend the ‘lite’ version of our booking / subscription options. You will get a free subscription box automatically sent out at the start of the season.

Access to all our pre-recorded tutorials and extensive support resources for the season via our password protected online learning portal here on the website.
You’ll have life-time access to all tutorials and resources on the learning portal, so you’ll have plenty of time to complete the project.

For those who want to learn alongside a growing creative community, with regular feedback from Ellie and from each-other, select Sketch Community and join our online community!

Membership to our Private Online Community Group where you’ll get regular feedback SAS founder Ellie Green and other students.

What’s included?
For those of you who would simply like to book access to the current season of Sketchbook Club with a one off payment.
This one off payment will give you access to our learning portal for a single season - where you will find all the tutorials and resources you need to complete the project. You’ll continue to have life-time access to this single project after the season is over.
You won’t get a subscription box and you’ll automatically be given the option to join our private community group on Facebook if you want to.
Book a Sunday Session
Whether you are new to the school or a current student you are welcome to join our upcoming Sunday sessions at Capel Memorial Hall.
Our Sunday sessions are a taught 2.5 hour class that links to the season theme. All materials and light refreshments are included.
